The author assumes no liability for the validity, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author that relate to damage of a material or ideal nature caused by the use or non-use of the available information and/or use of incorrect or incomplete information are in principle excluded unless it can be proven that the author is at fault due to deliberation or gross negligence.
All offers are subject to change without notice and noncommittal. The author expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the complete website without prior notice or to temporarily or finally withdraw the publication.
A liability obligation only exists for direct or indirect references to external websites ("Hyperlinks") outside the responsibility of the author if the author is aware of their content and it would have been technically possible and feasible for him to prevent their use in the case of illegal contents.
The author expressly declares that at the time the link was posted no illegal content was discernable on the linked pages. The author has no influence over current and future design, contents or copyrights of linked pages. He thus expressly dissociates himself from all contents of linked pages that have been changed after the link was posted. This applies for all links and references within the author's own website as well as for external entries in the author's guest books, discussion forums, link lists, mailing list and in all other forms of databases whose content can be externally accessed. The author of the linked page is solely responsible for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information and not the author of the pages that only refer to the relevant publication through links.
The author attempts to observe the copyrights of the pictures, graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use pictures, graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts that he himself has produced or to resort to licensed graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts.
All brands and trademarks named on the Internet website that may be protected by third party copyrights are subject to the terms of the relevant valid trademark law and titles of the relevant registered owner without restriction. It cannot be concluded simply from the fact that trademarks are named that they are not protected by third party rights!
The copyright on published objects produced by the author remains solely with the author of the website. A duplication or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without the express consent of the author.
Wherever personal or business data can be entered on the Internet website (Email addresses, names, addresses) this information is disclosed by the user on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all services offered is allowed - wherever technically possible and reasonable - without providing such data or by providing anonymous data or a nickname. The use of contact data published in the legal notices or comparable information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers or email addresses by third parties to send any information that has not been expressly requested is strictly forbidden. Legal steps may be taken against senders of so-called spam mails if this prohibition is ignored.
This liability exclusion is to be seen as part of the Internet website from which a link has been placed to this page. If parts or individual clauses of this text does not or no longer fully comply with the legal status this does not affect the content and validity of the remaining parts of the document.
